TWO on ACR team awarded Certified Restorer® Designation!
We're extremely excited to announce that both John Schaefer and Michael Smolka have earned their Certified Restorer® advanced designation from the Restoration Industry Association (RIA). There are just about 220 active CR's in the entire world and the honor of having TWO working on behalf of ACR's clients is a big one indeed.
The RIA states that the CR designation is "...the highest recognition awarded in the cleaning and restoration industry to professionals engaged in property damage restoration as a result of fire, smoke, water, vandalism and other perils."
The effort and time involved in achieving this high level of professional education spans years of study and numerous prerequisite certifications, but when you can see the gained knowledge result in better restoration outcomes with operational savings for our clients, it redoubles our dedication to continuous and ongoing training.
